Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products and the pledge to sustainability, every order is "made to order", which means we don't actually start making any of our products until you order them. You will have the initial 24 hours to edit/modify or cancel your order. After the 24-hour period, you will be eligible for return upon receiving your item(s).


Edit/Changes
You have 24 hours to modify your order from the time the order was made . All of our products are made to order, so the production of your item(s) starts 1 day after your order. All requests to change or edit your order after the 24-hour period will be denied. You are still eligible for return upon receiving your item(s).

Cancellations
All cancellations must be made within 24 hours of the initial purchase.

Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund at store credit. Our return policy lasts 14 days. A request for a return must be communicated within 14 days of receiving the item. If 14 days have gone by since receiving the item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange at store credit. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where partial refunds may be granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded with store credit.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your account balance again before contacting us.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@quirkycactus.com.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you choose to return your item, the original shipping fees will not be refunded. You will also be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Exchanges are not possible if we do not receive the item.
